B50 for Emergency Lighting

Description

The B50 is a low-profile battery-powered backup supply that operates T5 and T8 linear fluorescent lamps whenever normal power is lost. The B50 senses the power failure and immediately begins driving the lamp(s) in emergency mode for a minimum of 90 minutes. The unit is also compatible with Philips InstantFit LED T8 retrofit lamps and LED retrofit lamps from other manufacturers.*

**The Philips InstantFit LED T8 is an LED retrofit that replaces existing 4’ T8 fluorescent lamps, converting fluorescent fixtures to LED. No wiring is required when replacing T8 fluorescents with the InstantFit. InstantFit works with existing fluorescent technology. The B50 will support the InstantFit for 90 minutes in emergency mode.
